Our Commitment to Safety and Cleanliness:
Cleaning Regimen Changes and COVID-19 Response

When guests check into Walk of Fame Hostel over the next few months, they will notice a few additions to the company’s regimen designed to set an even higher standard of cleanliness for the hostel. Specific areas of focus include:

All guests and staff members will be required to have a mask on in all communal areas while on company property.

All guests and staff members will have their temperatures taken to ensure optimal health and safety at the hostel.

Guest Contact: To help alleviate the risk of COVID-19 transmission through person-to- person contact, Walk of Fame Hostel will be using signage in its lobbies to remind guests to maintain social distancing protocols and will remove or re-arrange furniture to allow more space for distancing. For the time being, all guests and staff members will be required to wear a mask in all communal areas. WOF Hostel has added glass protectors at front desks to provide an extra level of precaution for its guests and associates. We are also working with supply chain partners to make masks and gloves available to associates.

Surface Areas: In public spaces, the company has added to its already rigorous cleaning protocols, requiring surfaces be treated with high-quality disinfectants, including tabletops, counters, vending machine, ATM machine, etc. This advanced cleaning regimen is done with increased frequency throughout the day. In guest rooms, Walk of Fame Hostel has added to its detailed cleaning practices, requiring all surfaces be thoroughly cleaned with high-quality disinfectants.

Food Safety: At Walk of Fame Hostel, food handlers and supervisors are trained on safe food preparation and service practices. We have installed 2 brand new, fully-functional dish washers in our kitchens, to ensure all kitchen utensils are properly washed and ready for use. We are also enhancing sanitation guidelines and training videos for associates that include hygiene and disinfecting practices.
